How do I know what size to order?
-We recommend checking the size chart listed on each product page. If you’re between sizes, size up for a comfier fit—especially for kids who may grow into it!

When will I get my order?
-Orders are processed and fulfilled within 4-6 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped (depending on what you selected at checkout).

Can I choose local pickup?
-Yes! We offer free local pickup at Louisa May Alcott Elementary. Be sure to enter your child's first name and teacher name in the box in your shopping cart. When you check out, select "local pick up." You’ll receive an email when your order is ready and your items will be sent home with your child. 

Will there be more designs throughout the year?
-Absolutely! We’ll be releasing special drops for holidays, seasons, and other occasions—so keep an eye out for new designs all year long.

Can I return or exchange an item?
-Since spirit wear is made to order, we don’t accept returns—but if there’s an issue with your order (like a misprint or wrong size), please contact us and we’ll make it right!

Can staff order different styles?
-Yes! Staff will have access to exclusive designs and style options. Keep an eye on your email for special releases tied to events throughout the school year.
